Copyright Infringement Policy
IJMSM is dedicated to abiding by copyright laws and honoring the intellectual property rights of others. This copyright infringement policy gives users, content creators, and third parties guidelines as well as outlines our processes for handling copyright infringement accusations.
Notifying Us of Copyright Violations:
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
A synopsis of the protected work.
The location of the illegal content on our site and its identification.
Your details for communication.
A statement stating you have a good-faith conviction that the usage of the content is not authorized.
A declaration that you are the copyright owner or have been given permission to act on their behalf, made under penalty of perjury, attesting to the accuracy of the information you have supplied.
The exclusive authority to determine whether any such claims are valid rests with the IJMSM Board. Following consideration, the relevant manuscript will be deleted from all IJMSM servers and archives if the claim is determined to be valid. The story won't be included in any upcoming print editions of the relevant publication. If only minor adjustments are needed, such adding references, the authors will be notified and asked to make the necessary modifications in accordance with the IJMSM article correction policies. The alternate version will be published in the same issue (number) of the relevant volume and will be subject to peer review just like any other general submission. Copyright claims will be given first priority consideration. If the claim is backed up by official documentation, a reply email will be sent out in 5 business days.
