Abstract:
The political and economic developments since the 1980s and 1990s and the two decades of the new millennium have led to deep imbalances in the economic, social and environmental structure in Iraq, which has resulted in the crystallization of a new vision for development and growth that focuses on the sustainability of resources to meet the needs of current generations and the requirements of future generations, and to mitigate the effects of developmental deterioration resulting from wars and unbalanced policies by adopting gradual macroeconomic policies to address these imbalances and adopting a development vision that focuses on diversifying the economic structure and reducing unemployment and poverty rates, but it is still below the level of ambition due to the nature of regional and international circumstances as well as internal factors that contributed to this.in spite 0f increasing the banking credit and expenditure governmental , but don’t achieve development ,growth because more dis structures in Iraq economy. 9.6 of the total % In Babylon governorate small industries represented number of industrial establishments in the governorate, and contributed to providing 0.41 job opportunities, until the number of small industrial establishments reached about 3460 establishments in 2018.
