Reviewer Selection: Subject matter experts are chosen based on their qualifications, background, and suitability for the manuscript. Members of the editorial board, outside academics, and subject matter experts are examples of potential reviewers.
Double-blind peer review: The International Journal of Multidisciplinary on Science and Management uses a double-blind review procedure in which the identities of the reviewers and writers are kept secret. This removes any possibility of bias and guarantees objectivity.
